Who we are
An independent institute, built on training that leads somewhere.
Divine International Foundation is a separate entity of Divya Prem Sewa Mission, established in 2008 as an independent provider of human resource and training related consultancy services to clients throughout the country, primarily in Uttarakhand.
The foundation works as a multi disciplinary institute from Haridwar, built around an academic base of trainees and trainers. It was established under the guidance of Founder Chairman Dr. Sanjay Chaturvedi, who believes in a world where success is for all.
A team of research oriented professionals and social scientists from across India works under a single banner, so that every development initiative reaches the audience and the objective it was designed for. A dedicated training facility supports specialised programmes for the corporate and educational sectors.

What we deliver

The foundation implements national and state skilling schemes as a training partner, taking responsibility for mobilisation, classroom delivery, assessment and placement support.

Vocational training for non-literate, neo-literate and school dropout learners, under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

Placement linked skill training for rural youth from poor families, part of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission.
03Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana
Short term training and recognition of prior learning, aligned to National Skills Qualification Framework standards.
04Uttarakhand Skills Development Mission
State led skilling for youth across the districts of Uttarakhand, matched to local industry demand.
05Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development
Skill training and placement support in Rajasthan, under the state livelihood development corporation.
06Aajeevika Livelihood Support Project
Livelihood strengthening for hill communities, in partnership with Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti.
07Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana NULM
Employment through skill training and placement for the urban poor, under the National Urban Livelihoods Mission.
08Mukhya Mantri Hunar Yojna
A state scheme building trade skills among youth, improving access to local employment and self employment.
09Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium
Support to farmer producer organisations and agribusiness linkages for small and marginal farmers.

NIELIT digital literacy courses
The foundation operates as a NIELIT centre, delivering the digital literacy courses that let learners earn nationally recognised certification in computer concepts and basic computing.
